Where do I start? First, they attempted to rebuild the original transmission. That attempt took three weeks. When completed, it didn't last 3 days. Took it back, this time they said it was a pump failure. Now, going on three more weeks, they still haven't fixed the problem. I am now in financial ruins.
Also, every time they said they would call me back with an update, they don't. Instead of simply replacing the old transmission with a factory rebuilt one, they continue to add to injury by not doing what is obviously the right thing. My next review will be with the better business bureau.
