Vérifié ClientWe appreciate your detailed feedback and are happy to hear Jim provided compassionate service with a positive atmosphere. It's great to know Remy was thorough in diagnosing your vehicle and that you felt confident with our care.
He told me the repair price, then gently explained the damages with a model break pad and rotor. Sensing my internal meltdown, he quickly got the quote low enough to get Margot and I out of the shop safely in the same day. All this in less than 10 minutes with patience, compassion and a dash of humor.
Star mechanic Remy inspected, diagnosed and restored my car without tacking on any unnecessary expenses and found an oil leak before it destroyed my engine.
The atmosphere itself is jovial, efficient and CLEAN. In one trip, Louisiana Automotive solidifies itself as the place to repair my car.
