Excellent Service for Out-of-Town Customer
Briley went out of his way to help me. I called on a Monday afternoon looking for a pre-purchase inspection for a remote purchase out of Breaux Bridge. I explained the situation and provided the contact information. He regretted that he could not complete the job the same afternoon for me (which would've eclipsed my expectations), but knocked the job out efficiently the next morning (still beyond my expectations). ASE certified, test drive, on the rack, OBD-II diagnostics, thorough inspection. Briley and Louisiana Automotive exceeded all of my service expectations and I was more than satisfied with the price. They're in a great position to gouge a remote customer, but treated me excellently. Now I want to visit Breaux Bridge.
