ALEX (PERSON THAT OPERATES THE PLACE) ABANDONED MY VEHICLE AND GOT IT IMPOUNDED. He has given me the runaround for 3 months. He always pushed the day to the next day every week since he had it. He'd says it was being worked on. When I'd ask to see my car he wouldnt show it to me. The days he'd say to come pick it up he would ghost me and turn off his phone. I'm a single parent to a toddler, full time student and I work, and I told him this because I explained to him that it's very heavy on me and my daughter having to drive back and forth to him. I tried to me understanding and patient with him. Alex didn't seem to care. Near the 3 month mark he said my car was getting painted to come back the next day, then the next day came and his excuse was that he sent it to another shop because the balance on the tires was wrong. This is 3 months in. Also, a red flag. My mom came to see him the next day because she threatened to call the cops. TURNS OUT HE ABANDONED THE VEHICLE WEEKS AGO. I went to get my vehicle and i found it vandalized, there were NO repairs done, and with a dead battery. i had to get it towed and had to get the tires replaced. My mom managed to get my deposit back plus the money to take it out the impound, however i had to pay out of pocket to replace the tirea and towing. They are terrible people and they are LIARS. This man never fixed the car.DONT GO HER. I'm pretty sure the positive reviews are from family.
I already filed a police report and I already went to the Daley center to pursue legal action but the application is 287$ to start and I have to miss school to attend court. The cost is high for me to take em to court. I just have to take this L.
