Like many other customers, we are always happy upon picking up one of our vehicles. Long's truly excels at customer service and quality work. Any issues that arise during service are clearly explained. We are always told right away as to the urgency of a potential repair so we know whether we can hold off and have Long's keep an eye on the problem for us at all the subsequent maintenance visits. Last week we dropped off our truck for an oil change. It has had a long standing issue (front passenger boot and axle) that was identified maybe a couple of years ago. It was time during this visit to finally get this job done. This is one of the many reasons why we completely trust Long's. They never pressure us to have a repair done unless it is absolutely necessary for our safety and the continued "health" of our vehicle.
