I wasn't expecting to buy, we actually went in to speak to the service department. We decided to just check out the look of the new 2022 Sonatas, only 3 on the lot & I loved the look, so we took a beautiful red one for a test drive. Needless to say I fell in love & our sales rep Jayce just asked for a few minutes of our time to discuss trading in our 2018 Sonata. Well, we got what we wanted for the trade-in and Jayce made everything as easy as could be for us to pick up the car the following weekend. We had a great experience, this is our 2nd Sonata with Lithia and probably my 5th or 6th Sonata since the late 90's. Thank you Jayce for the exceptional service, glad you were our sales rep!!!
