Vehicle returned with additional damage

Terrible experience. I brought my car in for repairs after a hit-and-run and received it back with additional damage. I was charged an extra $100 for a new replacement part, yet the part has numerous scratches and blemishes and is not even fully attached, leaving a visible gap.

I reviewed Acura’s check-in video from before the repair, and several marks and scratches were not present when I dropped the car off. I also discovered multiple cracks in my windshield. I documented these issues the same day I picked up my car and attempted to contact Lindsay but was unable to reach anyone, so I left voicemails. Very disappointed with the quality of the work and the condition my vehicle was returned in.
