Confusing and Frustrating
The writer of Honda auto body, Hasan, told me what the insurance agent appraised for the damages around $3.300 was enough. No one needed to pay any out of pocket expenses. On the same day, a more than $7,000 repairs estimate was submitted to the insurance agent. 11 days later, customer service staff told me that the insurance agent refused to pay the extra $4,000 repairs cost. I was confused because I thought $3,300 was enough. On that day, Honda submitted a supplement claim which the insurance agent approved $1,580. It's not enough so the agent sent us a threatening letter to ask us to pay for the rest. I was really confused and frustrated because we are the victim of the wreck. And the insurance of the driver refused to pay the rest of repairs of cost. So I called Honda to find out how much outstanding bill was. Autumn said they submitted their second claim 10 days ago. I called the insurance agent who said she hadn't received any second claim emails after she checked everywhere including her spam/junk mail folder. At the end, I called Honda to inform of the missing second claim and asked them to resubmit.it. Next day, I got my car back. The whole process was confusing and frustrating. We used Lindsay Auto Body before, that was a very good experience.
