It was my first time going to the new Lighting shop on north Dale Mabry and it was really nice. I was treated with love and respect as always. They helped me and answered all questions professionally! My own issue is the shop not on the same system. Which means none of my history was on the computer at all. It was like being a new co worker or being a new customer! Thank goodness the staff recognized me and automatically knew who I was. Which made everything else work smoothly. So if the owners are reading this! PLEASE FIGURE OUT AWAY FOR BOTH SHOPS TO USE THE SAME SYSTEM. So once you add our name or tag number. Our history will show up no matter which Lighting shop we go to. I promise you this will make things work alot smoother. You all take GREAT notes. And because of that ability it has helped get things fixed and diagnosed quicker. Then having the customer explain why he or she came back. Alot of work I needed I had to come back later. Because of those notes. You all already knew EXACTLY 💯 what I needed. All you had to do was check the notes! This time i just needed to replace my turn signal lights and headlights adjusted. Overall I 1000% love Lighting and trust them with my vehicle and keeping me safe on the road.
