Have you seen my car? Neither have I !
Brought my car in for service because of a banging noice. Ten days later I am still in the dark as to what the problem is and what needs repair. Service Advisor does not follow through on promises to call me with information by day’s end. This goes on day after day. I visit the dealership, I phone. I get no information.
This is a learning experience. I don’t know when my car will be fixed. Fool me once, shame on you.

Terrific Car buying experience!
I was searching for a CPO Santa Fe and it lead me to Liberty Hyundai. Their reviews online were good so I reached out. I found a vehicle in their inventory that I was interested in, photos were good. Tanya reached out to me and was very helpful and responsive without being overbearing. I decided to take the ride to the dealership 45 minutes away and check out the car. They let me take a long test drive. The car was in great condition and I decided I wanted to purchase it. When we negotiated a price I felt that were honest and did not play any games which I appreciate. I appreciated Eddie's, the sales manager, straight forward approach. When I came back to pick up the car the finance office did a great job. They offered me some additional add ons but did not try to push anything. Tanya also did a great delivery going over all the features of the vehicle. There was a small issue that I noticed at the time of delivery but the dealership assured me it would be taken care of promptly. They ordered the part right away. I had to return when the part came in and the service department did a great job. Everything was covered, again no surprises, no stress. The dealership is also very modern and inviting; the waiting lounge is roomy and well equipped. Overall this was a great car buying experience and I would highly recommend Liberty Hyundai.

terrible service.
leaking engine oil but they said available 6weeks later.
I extended 10years warranty but I cannot use it.
I try to go other Hyundai service center but they said I can use there service after 1,2000 mikes. My car is only 5000 miles and no service at all.

Poor service
My car was in service last week for a few days. Parts were ordered and they test drove my car . I picked it up only to hear the same noise. I was then told that they forgot to order a part. I came back this week and waited 2 hours to drive home and still hear the same noise.
Can't figure out how the technicians can fix my car and not know what was missing.
Test driven and felt it was ok. I feel there is a lack of communication.

don't waste your time here if you're looking for money off....overpriced Elantra with rust on it - 2018 - asking 16,999...they wouldn't come down even a dollar. Bye

We bought a pre owned Sonata
We purchased the vehicle from Tanya . The experience was very good . After a few visits to the service department for an air conditioning problem , The issue was deep in the system and hard to locate . Michael the owner stepped right in and gave us a full refund for the vehicle and we purchased a new Tucson . They made what could have been a bad experience, a positive one . I would recommend this dealer to my family. Just to close , Jim Kenny and the service team are top notch professionals who made the whole experience stress free .
Liberty has a Great team .

Bad service department
Took 2.5 weeks to get an 8am appointment. They put our car on a remote storage lot. They did not work on our car on our appointment date. They have had it over 17 days. We call and get very rude manager they keeps telling us there are more people ahead of us, more on each call. I thought Hyundai was a good company. Will never recommend to anyone.
Service in Mahwah NJ.

Always satisfied
My car always gets great service and everything to be done is gone over beforehand and afterwards by service personnel, who are very friendly. This is important, especially as a woman, as I feel comfortable asking questions and discussing issues.
