Don't stand behind their used vehicle
Bought a used vehicle other then a Hyundai from them, the 30 day warranty they give is limited. They don't care if the vehicle is defective, there are better dealers out there

Fantastic experience, glad I keep returning
I’ve been getting myself ready to buy a new car for a while and some recent issues with my 2013 Elantra Coupe (first real issue in 10 years, not too bad at all!) got me test driving a few different models. Hunter O. asked me just a few questions and figured out exactly which models I’d enjoy seeing and he took the time to let me test drive each one. Seeing what I responded to and hearing what I needed in a car, he showed me a 2023 Tucson N Line that pulled together everything I needed and wanted in a new ride.

After sleeping on it a few days, I made it back to the dealership ready to buy and Hunter and Nick A. (the GM) made it super simple. We all realistically talked price and settled on a great number. Carlos in finance was terrific, going through the numbers efficiently, effectively, and in a friendly way. He didn’t push the extra warranties, etc. too hard but sold me on what made the most sense… keeping me “the driver’s seat” so to speak. I picked it up the very next day!

I should also mention that most of the process happened on a Saturday or after work; super convenient for me which I really appreciated.

So, from start to finish, the whole team knocked this one out of the park for me. Even the other staff there while I was there were friendly and kind and supported the process from their perspectives. Leadership at Lia should take a close look at this team; they know what they’re doing and they’re doing it very well.

Easy purchasing, difficult to get help from finance manager after the sale.
We had a positive experience shopping and making the purchase. However, at the point-of-sale, the finance manager (Carlos) was having trouble applying both the CHEAPR ($750) and CHEAPR + NEW ($1500) rebate to the price of the car. He said he would continue to help us try to pursue the additional CHEAPR + NEW rebate after the date of sale. However, after e-mails and multiple phone calls, he hasn't responded to us. (No call-backs, no response to e-mail). We are disappointed with the level of support after the sale.
