I purchased a Lexus here 4 years ago. I had a problem and took it in right away. They charged a lot of money. It broke down twice after that. I took it to get it looked at by a second opinion. They showed my the part they said they replaced in fact was not. I was cheated. I took it back and demanded they answer for it. They told me I did not bring it in for all the oil changes therefore I voided any warranty. I took all my paperwork in to prove them wrong and now they don't take my calls. My sanity is at its end and I don't want to deal with it any more. I suggest to all do not go here. They are dishonest.
