Deceiving sales team
Our experience with Lexus of Tacoma was truly shocking and left us feeling extremely disappointed. We were completely taken aback by their deceptive practices when they presented the 2021 Lexus IS 350 to us in a filthy state. It was disheartening to discover that they had intentionally concealed the touch-up paint on the rear door panel, a noticeable dent in the trunk, an unsightly curb rush on the right front wheel, and various scratches on the interior panels. Upon closer inspection, we realized just how misleading their presentation had been.

To make matters worse, the dealership didn't even bother to wash the car or address any of these issues until after we had already signed the sales contract. It was only when they finally brought the car to us washed and in daylight that we noticed the damaged rim and dent. It took us a few days to spot the touch-up paint on the door panel, which only added to our disappointment.

Furthermore, Christopher Roberts had assured us that the car had the Dynamic Handling package, but it turned out that the car did not have that package at all. This misinformation from the salesperson further added to our frustration and dissatisfaction with the whole experience.
