Honest, knowledgable, capable, respectful
I have had great experiences with Leo & Sons. Initially in my communications with them and then subsequently in connection with service/repair work. Highly recommended, particularly to fellow Prius owners.

Excellent service & Professional mechanics
Took my car to Leo & Sons Auto Repair for the first time after being lied to and ripped off by many shops around the area and let me tell you Matt and his crew at Leo & Sons are the best to none. They are honest and professional mechanics there that tell you what’s going on with your car and fix it right the first time! Great communication, customer service and reliable. This is the new shop I’m going to take my car to and the only people touching my car!

Great Garage
Our experience with Leo and Sons was great. They have the knowledge and experience to work on hybrid automobiles, and a transparent diagnostic process. They communicate well and operate with efficiency. One of the best garages I have ever worked with. Highly recommend.

Very good and knowledgeable service
Matt is very knowledgeable about all aspects of working on vehicles. He sends a very detailed report after working on my vehicle. They always will ask you if you need a ride when you drop off and when car is ready. Always trust his assessment of what is to be done.

Axel & Fuel Line Repair
They were able to quickly determine hazardous and dangerous issues with my Subaru and get them repaired within a day. The owner, Leo, taxied me home which was very considerate. Highly recommend.

Reasonable, easy to work with auto shop
The thing I like the most about Leo & Son's is their communication during the process. They send you a detailed report of what they found, with pictures and descriptions, providing transparency behind their work and recommendations.

Best of the Best in Merrimack Valley!
Where do we start! Professional, affordable, never any 'surprise' bills, etc. Been a loyal customer for many years now, always referring due to their honesty and integrity!

Overall it was good and very positive.
I find Leo & Sons Auto Repair very accommodating. Matt and the mechanics are very pleasant; they inform you what work needs to be done and it is done well. I’ve been very pleased with any repairs they have had to do.
My car is a 2006 Subaru and they are cognizant of what my costs to repair it will be and is it wise, or not to repair it. I appreciate their concern.

Always trustworthy
I’ve always been extremely happy with the service and quality at Leo and Sons. I wouldn’t trust my family’s cars with anyone else. And now we have an EV, I’m grateful that Matt’s an expert in this arena too. Couldn’t be more satisfied.
