Fair, Fast and Friendly
Was able to drop my car off in the evening and leave my keys in the drop-box.

Talked to the mechanic in the morning and explain what I thought was wrong. He asked some great questions to help diagnose the issues.

They called me back to explain what he wanted to do to remedy the problem, why it would help and how long it would take.

The car was ready when he said it would and has been running like a charm.
