Len's has always taken the time to educate me on all of the steps they've taken as well as get me estimates for approval before doing any work. They don't overcharge or jerk you around. The only thing I would say is that when I took my car in for an oil change they did not ask if I was going to wait for it or leave it, so I left and they didn't get to it until the end of the day. But I should've just asked!
