Kayla said she took her vehicle in for a small coolant leak. Chris the mechanic seemed well informed and thought the leak had been fixed. After leaving, though, she discovered that it was still leaking. She got under her vehicle, found the leak and fixed it herself. They used the coolant she had in her back seat without asking her if that is what she wanted them to do. She thought that was a little odd.
