A special thank you and recognition for Roxy Munoz from the Service Department. She not only pointed out the issue but provided a quick response/solution. I was able to leave the premises in less than fifteen minutes!
These people did a great job. There were a couple of minor hiccups (I brought in a Genesis for service) but they upped the service quality right away and kept me happy which I appreciated. I will be coming to them for all my service going forward.
I had a recent recall on my GV70, at first the parts had to be shipped in but after all that Sarai from Genesis and Customer relations Manager Neela took care of the rest. I appreciate the fact that they took my job into consideration and worked on the car during my rest hours. My car was picked up and dropped off on time. Communication was effective and everything was done right. Thanks again Team.
I was there for service . It was busy day and it looked like I have to wait whole day . They knew I was in Rush . They understand the service I needed was not much long time required. They were able to complete the service under one hour
My review serves as an update. My initial review was not so good, but I must say after speaking with Julien and the manager the guys went over and beyond to make sure that I was well taken care of. My visit was a complete turnaround, I think it’s just as important to give credit for correcting an issue and providing outstanding service. Thank you Julien and the manager for ensuring I left as a satisfied customer. To add an extra cherry on top Julien provided me with a complimentary detailing, which I truly appreciated.
The service provided was adequate, however, I would like to note that when this vehicle was leased in Jan. 2022 it was under the promise that there would also be a concierge service and loaner available while the service was to be provided.
Great time everytime I stop by however although I appreciate the car wash I believe with the extra time it takes to receive service it should be advised to client that it will take additional time outside of service. I once left without the car wash due to time frame.
Arrived at dealership at 3:40pm for my 4pm service appointment. I was told to wait in car until service advisor came to me. After about 20 minute wait advisor was able to get my car taken to be serviced. It about 90 minutes for my car to be completely serviced. I was completely satisfied with the service.
Neela was extremely helpful with my experience on my visit providing me with the info I needed and also the gas voucher that I was able to use which was amazing cause of gas prices nowadays I full recommend reaching out to her for assistance with anything in regards to visits to the company. :)
