Horrible Service Dept
Well I have had nothing but problems with this service center.

This is the fourth problem:

Hyundai Service had my car for over a month for a new engine. I did not have any communication with them until it was done about a month and two weeks later. I picked up my car Friday morning and after I got home I realized that my antenna cover was missing. That is not the worst of it. I called and talked with a supervisor and I was told they got a new car wash and this is not the first time this has happened. Well I think if Hyundai knew this was a problem they should be checking the cars..... So now I have to go back into service dept after they get the part to have this fixed.... This is getting ridiculous. This is the fourth problem I have had with them

Hyundai Service is horrible.
Hyundai Service is horrible.

I scheduled an appointment for a car repair on a Thursday, 9 Nov 2023. Delivered the car on Wednesday night. Heard nothing about diagnosis or estimated cost by 3 PM Thursday. Tried to contact service agent but got voicemail and asked for callback. No call back. Same thing happened on Friday - no call back. Same thing again on Saturday morning - no call back. Send email to dealership management about noon Saturday which triggered an agent callback mid-afternoon Saturday.

On a scale of 1 to 10, I rate Hyundai customer communication process as a zero. It took 2 1/2 days for a service agent to contact me after repeated attempts and that only occurred because I had to pressure top management.

Eso no sirve no compren carros no vuelvan m vendieron un carro q está malo y los carros q venden están explotado y no t lo dicen después q compre el mío m prometieron arreglarlo y nunca lo hicieron y me lo vendieron en 20, cuando el baño d ese carro es 13, y aparte tiene traición mala y mi pago es d 400 después q y ofrecen el carro ni t lo arreglan

Once again, a truly top-notch service experience at Lehigh Valley Hyundai
Ever since the purchase of my used 2016 Hyundai Santa Fe, I have taken the vehicle to Lehigh Valley Hyundai. I am so very satisfied with the excellent degree of courtesy and professionalism displayed by the entire staff. I want to especially extend my thanks to Service Advisor, Tom Muldoon. He has not only been a valuable asset to my service needs, but he has also become a trusted friend. The logistics of getting my SUV to the dealership, and then getting it back after the service, is a smooth and easy process. The arrangements to get me to and from my residence, during the entire service appointment, are systematically handled by the dealership and I could not be more pleased. Hats-off to the entire staff, to whom I extend my gratitude for a job well done!!

Cx service is quite exceptional and they make sure everything is done and taken care of. If there is still something going on they will take care of it. Just have to let them.
