Atmosphere is sickening
Was hired and they obviously try to pretend they are nice. Say they will train you but will only test you and deny you access to any brand related guides or books as a tech. I stayed to myself and still was signed out and once they do that they charge. They low key ridicule you call you an idiot for not having access the way they do to be able to complete software updates and other repairs on vehicles. They have music on blast while you try make your upsale videos and bash on you and say you are never good enough. They put signs on the bathroom to ridicule people. They turn on you and laugh at the horrible mistakes they make on costumer vehicles and wait for you to make a small mistake and use it as an excuse to get rid of you. They talk amongst themselves as managers team leads and foreman is all aware. Is the reason why I didn't even bother to make a complaint to h.r. they vow to "find a way to get rid of you" "make sure you never work there again" when I was let go they didn't even give me a good reason just said the company is moving in a different direction. Just showed me how fake they are I wouldn't recommend that company to anyone.
