star far far away from this repair facility.
they were supposed to order the parts needed before i brought my car in due to backorders from the manufacturer. they didn't order things like nuts and bolts to install the parts to the car (i guess it was a surprise to them that it would be needed to install the parts). it then took a month for the manufacturer to get the parts they failed to order the first time.
it then took them a month after getting parts to fix a bumper, hood, and headlamp. this was supposed to be a 9 day job in total and it took them 30 days to fix my car.
their communication is terrible. i had to call many times to find out about parts deliveries and repair updates.
