Let me start by saying It’s not often that you have such an amazing buying experience.

We visited the dealership on the 17th for an oil change on our Honda Santa Fe, and my husband began exploring vehicles. Although I wasn’t interested, a very kind and enthusiastic young lady named Aurea approached us and said, 'Let me share with you the amazing features of this vehicle.' I explained that we were just getting an oil change, and our car was relatively new anyway. Aurea recognized my husband’s interest in learning about the car and said, 'That’s okay, let me just showcase some features.' Since we were going to be there for a while, I agreed. I informed her multiple times that I didn’t want to waste her time, and I wasn’t sure if the vehicle would even fit into our budget. I also needed to secure a good trade-in price for my car, considering it was relatively new with only 9,000 miles on it. As it turned out, we spent the next hour and a half working numbers to fit my budget while also benefiting the dealership. Although we came in a little more than my budget, we got close. At the end of the day, we did purchase a vehicle, and we are absolutely very happy with our outcome.

Aurea is an exceptionally pleasant, kind, patient saleswoman with a beautiful soul. In today’s world, where everything can be high-pressure with no personal connection, just focusing on the end result, this experience was truly a breath of fresh air, exceeding all expectations.

Kudos to Lee Johnson’s of Hyundai their entire staff is extraordinary. Everyone was so kind and helpful.
