I seem to like holidays! I bought my Hyundai Accent in 2010 from Lee Johnson. It was the best little car for a great price and Lee kept it running beautifully for 15 years. It’s only got 70k on it, but there comes a time. Time to purchase my third new car in my life and the best of the bunch. 2025 Hyundai Tucson Limited with every bell and whistle and more I haven’t figured out yet. They gave me a great deal and discount pricing for being a vet and return customer. Beautiful Sea-Blue. The picture is just after they detailed it with the paint protection package and the leather protection.
What a sweet ride! It drives itself. I put cruise control and lane assist on and it drove itself from Seattle to Lynnwood while I listened in style. Don’t worry, still had hands around the wheel.
The agent set the whole thing up for me. I walk up to the car and it unlocks for me. I put my foot on the brake (safety) and touch the fingerprint reader and the On button and it starts up. Not accustomed to driving without a key these days.
Zero to sixty in 6.7 seconds this ‘SUV’ that looks like a bullet throws you back in your seat with a four cylinder turbo. Tried it while going 60 on the freeway: pushed back in the seat and doing 80 in two seconds. I’ve used that twice to get away from road rage. They look up from their speedometer and I’m a quarter mile up the road! Going up the Queen Anne Counterbalance? Press the gas and the all wheel drive jumps up the hill, again, pushing me back in my seat.
This is a luxury car with a homey feel. I can’t tell you what it sounds like. I’ve got 500 miles on it now and I haven’t heard the engine yet. I feel like I’m being chauffeured in my own car.
Very happy with my new car with four different cruise modes. That was the echo mode. Can’t wait to try the sport setting!
They have a great selection. The hardest part of the purchase was deciding on the Red or SeaBlue colors! Both beautiful and packed with nice things for ME, just me, and my friends.
