Poor Service at the Parts Department
Yesterday July 17th around 12am I tried to called the Parts Dept. and couldn't get through. And when I finally do get the lady on the phone I ask how much for a high mounted brake light. She said her computer only showed her a picture of the light but couldn't tell me what the price was but if I came in someone could tell me what the price was.
After my daughter and I get there about 1pm or after there is a man standing at the Parts window asking the lady at the window question after question for about 10 to 15 minutes. She finally gives the man
a print out and the man is still standing at the window for another 10 to 15 minutes asking her more questions and making small talk. She never says
to me or my daughter or the man standing behind us that she will be right with
us or that someone from the back will be out to help us.
Finally someone comes out from the back comes out. That's poor service from the lady at the Parts window not to say, I'll be right with you or someone
will be out to help you. The man seemed for the most part making smart talk before he finally decided to leave minutes after getting his print out.
I still like the service I get from the Service Department when I get a oil change.

We definitely should have acknowledged you and your daughter and will use this example to improve the customer service in our parts department.
