Unprofessional
Made an appointment for diagnostics on my car on a Thursday morning, they were timely in getting back to me on only that day and discussing options on fixes. They let me think it over and gave them a call back Friday morning on how I wanted to proceed and asked about how long process would take and prices. Pricing wasn’t too bad and they told me the car would be done and I can pick it up the following Monday. Come Monday, I called for an update and estimated time of pick up. They hadn’t worked on my car at all, stalled when I asked for an answer as to why it wasn’t worked on and when in the line it would be worked on if it would be worked on that day, they couldn’t give me an actual answer just saying “we’re not sure what happened”. I asked to pick up the car then and they wanted me to wait till end of day, I said no something felt off about that request and immediately went to go pick up my car.

Unfortunately we are a small shop with 4 technicians, we do the best we can with accomodating all our customers. We are the cheapest in the valley when it comes to the vehicles we work on. Which often means we are very busy. While waiting for a repsonse from you (which wasnt until the next day-late morning), we have other customers that gave approval for repairs within that same day. Unfortunately repairs are based off when approvals are given. Sometimes, repairs do take longer then expected, which causes other approved work to be put on hold. No one said you couldnt pick up your vehicle when you called. There was no stalling, We were honest with you about it not being worked on yet, and were not sure when it was going to be completed, as the repair was almost 6 hours to do. There was nothing to feel off about. we apologize for any inconveniences this may have caused. But Unfortunately being a small independent shop that just happens sometimes.

Quick Turnaround, Great Service
Very happy with the service. Took my 2004 Audi TT in for timing belt and water pump replacement. I provided a serpentine belt and pulley kit and they replaced both of those as well for no additional charge. Had my car back the next day, total out the door was less than I was initially quoted. Car sounds much better, very happy with the service. Definitely coming back when I need more repairs!

Honest service at adequate prices
I took my car in for the 80000 mile service. After an initial check of the car, the service manager explained the exact work to be done and final charges. I agreed, the service was done in about 2 hrs. I love LeSueur, everyone is straight up, personable, and the atmosphere is laid back and friendly.

Alternator, headlight, pulley, and belt replacement
Very good work on my 2008 VW Rabbit. They replaced all the parts that I requested and in a timely manner.
