The BEST & honest service!!!
I can't think of anyone I'd trust more than the people at Lawson's. They've kept my wheels turning for years, and while it's been costly at times; THEY ARE THE BEST!!! I'd never steer you wrong!

Repairing Brakes
Lawson did an excellent job repairing the brake pads and rotors. The problem was quickly identified when a test drive was done. The work on the car was started at the scheduled appointment and finished earlier than expected.
I really feel very comfortable having my car maintained by Lawson's.

Joshua said they are very friendly, and easy to talk to, but the vehicle was there for 3 weeks. He had to make all the calls to see what was going on with the vehicle. They have a good reputation but personally he would use a different mechanic. They didn't charge him much, and he does appreciate their time, it just took a long time there.

Spoke with Angela. She said they're very quick and attentive, they quickly diagnosed the issue. They ordered the parts immediately so that if they decided to move forward with repair, they would be available. She said they were on it and the pricing is extremely fair. She appreciates them.

Betsy stated that it took longer than she expected. Some of the issues were brought up more than once to get them fixed. The vehicle continued to show their issues even after they worked on the vehicle. She is glad they fixed what they did but she was disappointed, she had thought they would look at the vehicle in the same day and had her get a rental. The intake wasn't matching what she had explained. More communication would have been appreciated. Overall, she would recommend their business.
