Frank said this business has great service, fair prices and plans on recommending this business to others. After the repairs were finished on his vehicle the business did not explain to him that not all the repairs were done at this business. The technicians took his vehicle to another business to get his wheels aligned. The only way this business could have served him better would to have been upfront with him about taking his vehicle to another business.
