Worst experience
I have always been satisfied with the salesman and laurel hyundia with the last seven vehicles I leased from them. The vehicle i leased a month ago, I'm very upset with. I wasn't completely informed about it. Electric will get you 30 miles, hybrid if you dont use the electric will get you 50 miles with a charge. The charge takes 14 hrs. What got is it?

Poor service
Had my brakes checked out while it was out at the collision center and they resurfaced all four rotors. Picked up car less than a mile away they sound horrible. They say they weren’t smooth only one but I think that’s bull cause they definitely sounded pretty bad. Dealership with their so called expertise should have caught them being that ruff. Horrible service available dates so 700 miles later they started shaking the whole car again. Brian who was completely rude and not doing what they should have the first time they went bad so now I gotta replace all the brakes on a 22 Tucson with only 9.000 miles. Bought 4 brand new cars from this place in the last 5 years and will never buy there again. Takes 3-4 weeks just to get an appointment.

Exceptional job well done as usual in and out even got my window fluid working again no charge that I noticed app says the fluid was ok they said it was empty and it just per happened to run out the day of the huge ice atorm

I love Hyundai’s
Being a retired mechanic which I have done all of my life from a very young kid, I have grown to love my Hyundai sonatas, you cannot beat the service that you get from them, all you have to do is keep the maintenance up and take care of them, I never have to open my hood of your van to add windshield washer fluid. When you walk into Laurel you are always always treated with a smile and you can best believe they are going to know you for your first name.

Check engine light fixed quickly
I had a scheduled appointment on a Tuesday, but needed to have my car towed on Monday because of a check engine light. They were able to look at the car on the Monday, fix the issue (bad spark plug), and also do the work scheduled for Tuesday. Had my car back a day early! The process to fix the issue was explained clearly. Very good service staff!

Disappointed
The salesman are great!! The mechanics are super nice but don’t care to actually help you. I bought a $30,000 car and they can’t even be bothered to figure out what’s wrong with it and going to someone else to look at it isn’t possible because it will void my warranties. It was one thing that my car wasn’t even detailed whenever I bought it and I know it wasn’t thoroughly inspected either because there was a squirrel or chipmunk storing garbage and acorns in the engine bay. I love Hyundai and always have. But I’m completely disappointed that my concerns about my car keep getting blown off.
