It seems he is guessing what is wrong with your car. He tells you one thing is wrong, you trust him because he is the "proffesional" but to your surprise the thing he said is wrong is not! He makes you spend your hard earned money guessing. He also uses parts taht are not original it seems he recycles his parts.

First of all let me star by saying that we only used new part at this location and second i don't understand why some one is going to say this when he has been our customer at my business for many years going as far back as 2010 we have work on his 1999 ford F150,2017 Ford Explorer, his 2010 chevrolet expres van several times after he had been at several shops an gotten extremely high estimates and as far as guessing that he is talking about we explain to him that his van had more than one problem but he suggest that we only fix the most critical one been that he has no funds to repair both is not our fold that his economy situation is no the best that what you get when you try to do you best to help people like take them home free of charge when they drop there car unlike other shops they make you take a cab or Huber and by the way we always present our customers written estimate and we don't do any work untill after is authorize by the customer
