Hello "P", I am sorry that you were not happy, this time, with your esperience. I am curious if you have had the original  issue you brought your vehicle in for was definetively resolved. I would offer a reasonable compensation if something we did caused an issue. Our suggestion for correction of the Check Engine Light ilumination was declined. As such, we don't know what happend after the vehicle left the shop.
