Great vehicles! Exceptional Sales Rep!
This is a great place to come to learn about the many engineering advances built into the new Hyundais. Everybody is friendly, and Matthew Walker is the sales rep you want to ask for.

From the moment you meet him, you will immediately sense that his only goal is to share with you how great the Hyundai lineup is, how many ways they can improve your personal driving enjoyment, and how safe they can keep you as you drive. The interesting part is that he does all this with a casual conversational style that lets you be the judge of which vehicle will work best in your current situation.

And that same casual approach actually makes shopping for a vehicle with Matt both relaxed and even fun. More like shopping for a new ride with a friend who's having a good time just like you are. You won't have that experience hardly anywhere else, but you'll certainly have it with Matt.

Lastly, it's probably best to call to set an appointment with him rather than just stopping by because he is one very busy guy. But whenever you are with him. he'll make you feel like you are his only client in the world. But from start to finish, his whole casual approach is simply to let YOU decide which vehicle is best for you. What an easy way to find a new set of wheels.

Do not take your vehicle for service!!!
Do not take your vehicle here for service! I have evidence of them creating damage to my vehicles wiring then claiming it was rodent damage. Contacted Hyundai corporate and was informed that the dealer performed warranty service by replacing a sensor in my vehicle that was paid to the dealership by Hyundai. The service department at Larry H Miller charged Hyundai for warranty work by replacing the sensor then turned around and charged me for “rodent damage” to the wiring to the sensor. The way they make money is by not disclosing a “diagnostic fee($179)” if you choose not to have the damaged fixed and if you have it fixed, they “waive” the fee. The rodent excuse does not fly with me. When rodents are present, they leave droppings and evidence of existence. I have never had any issues with my vehicles until they were brought into this dealership. Please do not take your vehicles for service here!!

Absolutely terrible service
My 2017 Tuscon has been to the dealer EIGHT times in 2 months. Incorrect parts were ordered each of those times for trim coming off the windows. Finally Collision west got involved and they resolved my problem not Hyundai. Here's the big prob. My car had terrible gas smells when sitting in my garage. The told me twice there was nothing wrong and even put it up on lift to see...nothing. I took it finally to a private mechanic today and he diagnosed it in 3 minutes. There is a cracked gasket above my gas tank and gas has been sloshing down my gas tank and showed me pics where it had been leaking. These ppl are TERRIBLE!!!!!

Do not buy the warranty!
I bought a used vehicle through Larry H. Miller Hyundai. 5 months later, I brought the vehicle back to have work done, Miller sent me to another dealer because my vehicle isn't a Hyundai. Miller refused to pay the bill, they wouldn't return my calls about my vehicle, and every time I got to speak to someone, everyone said they didn't know about my situation and/or they couldn't help me. My vehicle has been sitting at a dealer lot for weeks without so much as a word from LHM. The service employees are rude, ignorant, and unwilling to assist.
In short, stick to your guns. Do not purchase the warranty, even if they won't let you leave the warranty salesperson's office. If you have to fight your way out, do that, but don't get suckered into the warranty.

I went in to get a quote on installing the license plate bumper guard on my 2022 Tucson hybrid. After it was installed I asked the question, how much do I owe? Cory the manager told me that it was a courtesy. That made my day and I recommend that someone give Cory a raise. Thank you for people like Cory at Larry Miller Hyundai.

Easiest and Funniest car buying experience!
Brandon, Hannah, and Lindsey made purchasing the unthinkable at this stressful time of low-to-no inventory on electric cars pure joy! The clutch went out on my much-loved Honda Element and I NEEDED a car without delay. I lucked out and found online a used Tesla 2019 @ LMHyundai. I went in with hopes of the Ioniq5 or this Tesla. When Brandon took us for a Tesla test drive he made it incredibly fun and easy to shift from an all-gas manual transmission vehicle to all electric! Just what I'd hoped for. Then "negotiating" the price was made quick and easy with Hannah. She understood my limitations and boundaries. She found the best lender, gave me the right price, and we were off. Lindsey finialized the paper work and helped me understand the value of the amazing Total Care Auto Protection Product that will keep my "new" Tesla looking and running beautiful for the next 5 years. Now no worries and can't wait to take my friends out ;-)

Hyundai product defected!
A new navigation usb was sent to me by Hyundai and now my screen is stuck and my back up camera does not work, my phone won’t link to the car and the menu screen I cannot see. No representatives have been able to assist me in getting Hyundai to cover the maintenance.
I’m a very unhappy customer and I will not ever recommend or purchase another vehicle from Hyundai

Pretty good service
Oil change & tire rotation (Hyundai's free scheduled maintenance) done in an hour. The waiting room was pretty barren though - not even any coffee.
