I was treated respectfully and taken seriously as a female client. I have encountered gender profiling quite a few times where auto sales people do not take me seriously as a purchasing client. That was not the case at Larry Miller Genesis. I was happy with my purchasing experience; I got exactly what I wanted at a reasonable price, including an extended warranty, without paying an added charge for nothing but the opportunity to order a vehicle from them. I never felt talked down to and got all my questions and concerns addressed. The sales person and finance specialist were straight-forward, informative, and helped me navigate the buying experience easily and without any placating attitudes.
