Service Dept is a Hot Mess!
Most incompetent dealership I’ve EVER seen: I wanted the 2026 Hyundai Palisade calligraphy hybrid (wanting this car since it went into production) they lied and said it was the Hybrid and we found out 2 weeks later it wasn’t, they gave me a set of keys that belonged to another vehicle. We made an appointment for our recall to be serviced (have the confirmation text and email) and showed up and they said we’d have to wait all day because they didn’t see us for any appointments, despite their confirmation # they did the OS update, but didn’t have the part needed for the recall so we had to make another appointment. When the part came in (2 weeks later) they called us to schedule an appointment. We booked our appointment that very same day. We received 4 other phone calls from their service department throughout the day asking to schedule, which was frustrating. Yesterday, we returned to finally get the recall part replaced. Driving home, my husband heard a weird noise, but it was very windy and thought it was just the wind, he pulls into the driveway and realized the dealership screwed my skid plate back on with 1 bolt in the back, the 6 others were missing and it was dragging for the 45 min drive home. We called PISSED, they said “oh oops come back to get your bolts.” We demanded a new skid plate since ours was beat to hell as they weren’t offering. They did offer to fill up our tank for the back and forth and they would get a new skid plate from the warehouse. We showed up today and they made a comment that we didn’t have an appointment and therefore needed to wait a bit (2 hours later for a quick 15 replacement and putting our bolts back into our car) we finally left this dealership without the fuel topped off as promised. We tried and tried with this dealership, but every time there’s something and shocked after their major screw up yesterday, that we weren’t made a priority when we were there first thing in the morning for them to fix their mistake.
