The concierge service that is sold as part of the Genesis experience is not available. I set an appointment for a simple oil change only to be stranded at the dealership for two hours for them to complete and never once Was approached by anyone to explain the situation or apologize for the inconvenience. I had to go out to the less than friendly people sitting at the service desk to ask them how much longer it would be. They sell the Genesis as an upgraded luxury line with different amenities and dealership service experience, however nothin is different. Which would not be a big deal if they didn’t sell you on it in the initial transaction. Don’t sell a luxury service then provide no noticeable difference. And two hours for an oil change with an appointment is unacceptable.
