Very pleased with the service. I was going to connect the new tpms sensors that I brought along (and they swapped in for me) using AlfaObd, but they already linked them!!

Very efficient and great customer service
Had the a/c recharged on vehicle and they were super quick. I set my appointment up via email and Brandon was very responsive. Happy with the service on my car as well as the customer service.

2 days, Battery Replaced
I scheduled with the owner ahead of time for 2 days as the car was not available except during Thanksgiving week. In addition I had to go exchange it in Ann Arbor. And do without transportation for those 2 days. Brandon said the battery had a bad cell so he installed the new battery. And that was the end. I expected there would be more work done. But maybe not necessary as everything seemed to be working.

I had the water pump and thermostat replaced the work was completed in a timely manner and there have been no issues, very Happy with the service

Lake Orion Master Radiator did a great job fixing my car. New battery.. oil change...tire rotation...putting in a bolt where the original one fell out on the oil cover. Also did a top off of all my fluids for the upcoming season.
They are the best around!! Been going to them for more than 15 years. They are very professional...kind...and caring...their prices are the best!!! I would like to invite folks to check out Master Radiator on Clarkston Road...just west of M24 or Lapeer Road. You will be happy you did!

Family owned business provides quality service
Quality service at fair prices. Master Radiator stands behind their work and pays attention to details. The desk (Brandon, Joe, Marcus and ??? Steve) do a real good job keeping the customer informed and responding to requests. I asked for my parts back and when I picked up the vehicle I was in a rush so a forgot to ask where the parts were. In my experience most shops would be clamoring through a pile of parts looking for mine and the would tell me perhaps this is not my shop. So I left the shop and went grocery shopping. When I opened the hatch to place the groceries I found my drive axles and control arms... all neatly wrapped in plastic protecting the interior and protecting the part. Your mileage may vary... young mechanics come on board and seasoned mechanics retire but it is obvious to me this family owned business provides quality service to its customers and community.
