I've been taking my BMW to Lake Barrington for about seven years. The service has always been outstanding. This time it was to check the charging system and replace the battery. When Robert brought my car out he asked me to wait while he ensured that the windows were working properly. I had no idea what he was doing but when I later put the top up, the driver window went up automatically for the first time in probably 6 years. I hadn't ever mentioned this issue to Lake Barrington because when this occurred 12-13 years ago, the dealer had to replace some board for about $500! You will NEVER find an automobile service shop like this.
