before i came to lake Anne service center i took my car to other service center they give me high price estimation and i came to lake Anne service center service was great the mechanic MR. Shawn was so friendly and he diagnose my car fix it with fair price . I recommend all my family & friends to go Lake Anne service center and do their car services with Mr. Shawn . thank you

2001 GMC Savana
I have this GMC truck 2001 and the engine light was flashing. I got an estimate from 2 different service centers and they both quoted me above $1500, and a waiting period of over a month. however, when i took my truck to Lake Anne Service Station i was quoted 740, and that's not it Mr. Shawn fixed my truck in 1 DAY. I seriously recommend people to visit and check the place out. its cheaper and more reliable and value for money..

Bad customer service and overpriced
Acknowledged me waiting to pick up my car after and oil change and still took 10 minutes to give me the keys and charge me. Also charged $135 for an oil change.

emissions inspection
service was great. better communication needed between the service and the cashier
she didn’t know how much to charge for an emissions inspection. she first charged me $20. then i told her it should be $28

I like to take my car to this location and I like tech his name is Sean he do Professional job I take my mercedes benz to sean for break noise. The way hes explained it to me i blive He has high skill and high knowledge on his work. And he did a job at the same day with the really reasonable and good price.
