Danny is the worst service advisor
RUN AS FAR AWAY AS YOU CAN!!!!

This is by far the worst dealership I have ever used in my life. The service department manager Danny is absolute trash. Danny was my advisor & was not only the worst person at communicating I’ve ever crossed paths with in my life he was rude, condescending & just a down right prick!
I took my car in for a transmission issue 2-3 times over the past year, every single time he stated they couldn’t find anything wrong with it, one of the times they didn’t even have it an entire day which tells me they didn’t even check it. Only after the car got so bad that it was slipping constantly & I ran into one of their technicians Ish outside of the dealership after hours did they do something about it. A new transmission might have been prevented had they took the issue seriously the other times it was brought in.
I dropped my car off June 17th, I was supposed drop it off the prior week on Wednesday & was told they’d have a loaner for me as I’d requested one, upon getting there that Wednesday I was told we don’t have a loaner. I said o requested one & Danny said well come back tomorrow, I went back the next day & the loaner smelled like cat piss inside when the AC was on & since it’s summer & there is a need for AC I told Danny I need a different loaner this one smells atrocious, I’ll wait until a different loaner is available.
I was then told bring your car in July 17th which I did. I was given a different loaner this time which was another pile of crap car but I bit my tongue because I was told I’d have the car back within a week tops. Fast forward to over a month later & my car wasn’t ready until July 24th.
I received no updates on what was going on from Danny unless I called in for an update & even then I never got him someone else helped me by taking a message that never got returned by Danny. I got excuse after excuse. He had a family emergency, he’s in a meeting, he’s at lunch. Every time I called in for an update on the progress of the repair I got told a story that didn’t line up with what the warranty company specified. The dealership only ordered the parts to fix my transmission after I called in to the warranty company to complain about how long the process was taking. The dealership claimed they called in for a replacement transmission on June 25th, this is what I was told by the technician then after a week of not hearing from the service department I called back & was then told oh we ordered it on July 2nd (funny it was supposedly ordered a week prior) & it wasn’t until July 9th when I called the warranty company to see what the hold up was that I was told it was never ordered. Being told by them nothing had been done on the dealers part as of yet, I called the dealer back immediately & informed them what the warranty company had told me, they said no you were misinformed. Magically the two days later July 11th the warranty department informed me that the dealership had finally put the request in on July 10th.
Upon arriving to pick up my vehicle I was told by the girl at the counter that I owed $50 for a deductible, I asked her why I wasn’t made aware of this when I was told yesterday the car was ready & Danny came up & rudely said check your warranty paperwork you are the one who signed it. I informed him no one walks around carrying their warranty paperwork for a vehicle that they purchased 4 years ago & that it would have been nice if he could have just let me know that there was one when I spoke to him yesterday. He then went on to snark that his technician said I complained to him about the service they provided. I told Danny yes the service from you was horrible, & I did express that to your technician that you never communicated with me & quite honestly yes the service sucked. He said if you don’t like our dealership go somewhere else. Absolutely superb customer service at its finest! I said don’t worry I would never bring my car back here or deal with you again. He continued to be rude & he is the reason I’ll never take my car back there.
I’d say it’s pretty disgusting that a company like Hyundai would keep someone like him employed.
Bad service, horrible customer service & even worse attitude. So unless you like being treated like absolute crap, do yourself a favor take your car elsewhere.
