Repair experience
I have been to Lacey Collision in the past and have been very satisfied. However, this time the two-day delay in the repair job being finished in a timely way couldn’t be simply explained that it was a holiday weekend. After I picked up the car and drove home, I discovered a large amount of non-toxic shop trash that had been left in the cargo area of my car. This necessitated a return to the shop the next day so it could be properly disposed of. While the repair was well done, these other issues may indicate some laxity on the part of the shop.
