Very Bad
High prices, didn't check air filter multiple times. Didn't get car wash multiple times.
Didn't finish car wash, left vehicle running unintended. Didn't get car wash discount off my bill. Tried to get me to do work again they already did in the past 6 months.

Put our weather tech floor mats in another car
Went today had our suv oil changed and got a wash. But when I got home I noticed they had not put our weather tech floor mats back in our car . Went back down there was told the guy put back in wrong vehicle. Said they would get back or replace them but in the mean time we are out of luck.I paid 123 Dollars just to be frustrated this should have never happen I was treated with disrespect through the whole thing will not use them ever again

Don’t waste your time or money!
I called Kwik Kar this morning before I went to get my oil changed there. I asked the woman that answered the phone what the price was for a synthetic oil change. She told me $54.99 unless my car needed more than 5 quarts and then it would be an additional $10. I go and get my oil changed and go to pay and now my bill is $75!! I asked why and she told me it was because my car used full synthetic oil, not a synthetic blend. No one bothered to let me know this. They just went ahead and changed it. According to the manager (I spoke with him personally) the tech should have discussed the higher price with me. Also, the sign in front says a FREE car wash with an oil change. Nope! They charged me extra for a car wash. A crappy one at that! The receipt I was given said they vacuumed the interior. They did not! Needless to say I’m NOT happy and I WILL NOT take my car back there! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!

Oil Change on Durango
People were very friendly. Oil change took about 30 minutes and the place was not busy; A little disappointing, but nice people. When they brought the car out, they parked it way down the empty parking lot and when I commented to the attendant that I was standing right by the door as he drove past, his only comment was "my bad", then handed me the key.

Had car inspected by lady who was new to inspecting.
She was extremely nice , efficient, and thorough.
Have had my cars washed there before and everyone has always been great.
Gentleman that checked me out was also extremely nice.

Dishonest about price
I took my vehicle in for a state inspection. The guy who greeted us was nice. We went inside to wait for the inspection to be done. The same guy came in and told us my passenger side wiper blade was bad. His exact words were “I can put another one on for you for $11.99.” I thought that was about comparable to anywhere else so I told him that was fine. When I go to check out the price doesn’t add up. I asked the cashier why the price so high. She said they charged you for the inspection, wiper blade, and $6.00 labor to put it on. I told her I was not told there would be a labor charge to put on my wiper blade. She said “yep. That’s what we do.” I feel like I should have been informed of this charge ahead of time. My four year old could probably have put it on. Needless after speaking to the cashier and the guy who put it on and not receiving any customer service I won’t be back and I will tell everyone I know.
