Oil change
Today I had an appointment for an oil change at 2:30. I arrived at 2. After waiting for 1 1/2 hours after my appointment schedule, I was told it would be another 20 minutes for the service in addition to my vehicle getting washed. Almost 2 hours later the service was completed without a carwash. In addition, the multipoint inspection sheet did not have the tire rotation checked off even though it was in the notes. I called the service department when I returned home (on hold for 20 minutes) and questioned whether or not there was a rotation. The answer I received was unclear and rude.
