Apple Carplay
Long story short. I bought my car from them, shortly after owning the car the Apple CarPlay wouldn’t stay connected. Did not fix at that time. Recall comes up, so thought I would have that done and have them look into the radio. They were going to charge me $214 to look into the CarPlay issue. INSTEAD they charged me $116 to blow air into my phone charger port and for “30 mins of maintenance” because it was due to buildup in my phone. While making appointment, they stated that it would be roughly 45-60 min appointment. We were there for over 2 hours for the recall and pay for AIR. I will NEVER return.
