Everything is excellent but...
Everything was excellent from the car repair all the was to customer service. I got exactly what I expected. The only thing I didn't like is the 3% added to customers paying with a card. I think most average repair bills will be more than 300 so to add an extra 3% just seems unfair since most customers will be paying with a card. However I will continue to be a customer as the work is excellent.

Explained the issue with my steering...
Gave me an estimate, than after an ok was able to order the parts. Few buisness days of work and my vehicle drives like a champ.

Was not told of a 3% charge for using a credit card. Also was not told about a charge for a Safety check.
It seems like they did quality work, time will tell.
I was hoping to start a new relationship on repair services.
I don't know what to expect with them.
So I will continue with Firestone.

We were very thankful for Jarred- He was very thorough and helpful
We had trouble with our Jeep Rubicon Recon 2017. 65,000 miles. The engine light was on and Jarred worked very hard to find out what was wrong and fix it . We are very pleased with the outcome and the cost was very reasonable. We appreciate your help .
