Brakes
I provided my Honda Civic for 1 week to have the rear brakes done. When I picked up the car I assumed they were done. When I drove away I perceived they were not sounding right. I left messages inquiring if they had been done. I was informed it was not necessary. The brakes now make extreme metal on metal noise. They were not really inspected. So, I will have to have them done somewhere else.

Hi Jason,
I'm sorry to hear You are having a noise. Please give us a chance to figure out if the brakes are not making the noise what Is. My technician assured me Had looked at the brakes. If you have had them replaced please let me know what We had overlooked so I can correct the problem.
