Great Quality Work, Professional Staff and Technicians
In the five years owning a Subaru Forester I’ve had to deal with damage due to vandalism and rear gate and side door damage. Fortunately I know I will receive a high quality experience in having the repairs completed by Kirby Collision. I wouldn’t go anywhere else, they make the damage disappear.

good service but I have to go back
Good speedy work on the car but I have to go back cause the headlights aren't hooked up properly and there's a scuff on an opposite door I noticed when I picked it up and thought it was a dirty smudge. But it isn't coming off now

I am very disappointed after being a very loyal Subaru lover for many years...
I am truly sad about how badly this has gone. It's not all Subaru's fault. My insurance played a large role. However, lately Subaru has been not communicating or delivering as promised either. All I want really is updates each week. We are into our 3rd month of this repair...It's a lot of $ going out from me and not much in return to me.

Good work, not good customer service while they had my car
Great experience getting my estimate and when I picked up my car.

Quality of the job is great.

My issue was no phone calls the week they had it -- I had to call -- and every time I spoke with them it was yes, it'll be ready by 4.30 on Friday. They finally called me Friday morning (8.15am) saying they were still working on it but it would be ready. They called me again at 2.15 confirming it would be ready. They called at 3.30 - as I was already on my way - to say no, it wasn't going to be ready and they needed it until Monday at 11. I knocked 1 star off for lousy communication and not having the car ready after telling me repeatedly that day it would be.
