NEVER AGAIN!! Poor value!!! I was recommended Kingsway by Phoenix Transmission. Three years ago I had my 2014 Ram 2500 transmission serviced for $280 out the door. They were not able to do transmission flush this time due to the machine being down and recommend Kingsway to perform this same maintenance on my 2018 Ram 3500. I called last week to make an appointment, they said bring it in Wednesday. I asked about the pricing but was not provided anything specific. MY FAILURE!! I dropped it off @0830 on Wednesday. At 2:30pm I called for a status check and was told they were about to start on it. I requested that it be complete NLT 4:30. at 4:00 I got a call that it would not be ready. I asked for a total cost and was told $840. I was floored!! after Military Discount they got it down to $670ish. I told them I want the truck by 5:00. I showed up at 5 and they were finishing up. The Manager told me that they lowered their labor cost and some other cost to bring the total down to $574. I recently lost trust in Roger Williams, however for comparison I called them this morning to ask for a quote for a trans flush and filter change....$300. I have leaned my lesson. Kingsway will NEVER see another vehicle that I own!! Service requested from Kingsway: Trans flush - I provided 12 quarts Filter change - I provided all the filters Deep pan Install - I provided the PPE deep pan

Estimate price...blew me away
took my car in to have a front bearing replaced. I got a quote for 2 front.... the quote came back just under 3000.00....what. ? They wanted to order 2 wheel speed sensors...just in case they broke...at 300.00 each...2 bearings for 418.00...which cost me. 62.85 each... 2 wheel hub in case they broke...at 554.00. ... and 6 hrs labor for 990.00....needless to say I didn't go with kingway. I did use kingway years ago for several jobs...had reasonable price..and great work.....before they got 2 locations.... I got 1 bearing done for now for a total of 428.81 from Texas tire....only charged for labor , bearing,and front end alignment. Almost 1100.00 cheaper for price of 1....and nothing broke and had done in 2 hrs. I wish Kingway the best....but at that markup...I just can't afford it. Even after returning extra parts if not needed still would be Double the price elsewhere .
Brandon and his excellent team make one’s problems seem important to them personally.
I am never charged for a diagnosis. The problem(s) are always fixed right and if I have questions, they are explained to my satisfaction.
