Gas station great-auto repair not helpful & rude
Gas station gentleman was terrific - polite and helpful.

Very little to add to the lack of help nor attention to my need for air check in tire at Kingsway auto repair - The attendant didn't even acknowledge me. The gentleman whose car he was attending stepped up to help me: broke a dollar into quarters for air valve , checked all my tires and filled the low one. Then he wanted to make sure the car instrumentation was properly changed before I set sailed. Nearly refused a tip, but I managed to give him something. Salute to a vrai gentleman- no applause for the creep at the garage

Fraudulent Credit Card Charges
06/01/2022 approx 5pm. Gas pump closest to office. Request fill with regular.
ATTENDANT placed credit card in pump. Then said 'no more regular gas and only premium '. I said 'I'll come back after gas tanker refills tanks'.( I'm regular customer at area gas stations for 30 years). Gives back my card. On 06/02 a.m. I check my credit card online transactions: pending authorizations by SHELL Maple Shade for $200.00 and $1.00. How???

Honest, quality work that the owner stands behind.
I've been using this shop for many years through three different owners. The first and third have been fantastic, the middle one . . . Not so much . . .

The current owner is honest and does great work. More importantly, he stands behind his work 100%.

Not honest at all and cuts corners
This guy is a ripoff. He pads all his reviews with friends and family. He steals other good shops work bu underpricing and cutting corners on the work. Reuses old parts and does whatever he can do by lying to you to get the money out of your pocket. He acts like he’s doing you a favor and jerks you around. If you get work done by this shop I promise you will definitely be back in the multiple times or at another shop trying to figure out what he couldn’t.

HONESTY BRINGS RETURN CUSTOMERS
When a Customer arrives and states that they have no heat, the very first thing you check is the coolant level, finding that the coolant level is more than a gallon and a half low I proceeded to pressure test the cooling system. Radiator is split at top where plastic tank meets aluminum radiator. sell the customer a radiator. then accused of selling a part that was not needed. The Climate control unit in the dashboard is digital and does not function. state to customer that control unit NEEDS to be replaced. customer now wants thermostat replaced for free. thermostat is functioning properly as the vehicle does not run hot or over heat.

I WILL NEVER GO TO THAT HORRIBLE PLACE AGAIN!!
I will never ever go to that horrible place again.

1. They misdiagnosed my car the Day before Christmas took $500 for radiator I didn't need. Lied to my face and ruined Christmas. After the wrong radiator was installed my car was leaking transmission fluid I had to go back there twice to fix the leak not to mention couldn't see my family in Pennsylvania for Christmas.

2. I asked them to rectify the situation and change my thermostat for me. There response I got was that'll be $200 and my kids need to eat. Probably one of the rudest comments I've ever heard from someone who wronged me already.

3. Oh by the way I went in there because my Heat wasn't Working and guess what it's still broken. I am not a happy camper knowing that there's automotive terrorism going on down the street.

DON'T EVER GO TO KINGSWAY SHELL EVER NOT EVEN FOR GAS!!!!
