I had to wait 3 weeks to get 1 rem for my tire! I was told multiple times on multiple occasions it was done, or would be done by a certain time, and it was consistently pushed back like a last priority. Then I was told I'm not allowed to call and see how the progress with my car is going. And now I still don't have my rem when I went to Bethany to get it fixed and put back on today! Almost 4 weeks and my car still isn't fixed.
