I called their hotline to discuss an issue with the recent service I received from them and the gut dropped the call midair.

Worked hard to find a rare part 4 my 16 year old truck. The dealership did not have one. $1000.00 if they did. Ron did his networking and found one for
$700.00 I drive from Leesburg to South Orlando because they are the BEST.

Personal Touch
I have known Ron and Luanne for over 30 years. Ron is well aware what your car will need because he will personally test drive it before his mechanics work on it. His mechanics are well trained by him. Before handing the keys, he will tell you what was done and he DRIVES it after the work is complete. Luanne prints out all the paperwork which details the work that was done and what it will need on future visits. Your in good hands with Kilgore's Automotives. Thank you Ron and Luanne for taking care of my cars!

Top Notch
I brought my car in for an oil change; mentioned an issue that was sporadic; got a concerned call from Ron telling me he needed to replace a part and had ordered it. My invoice listed other things to keep my eye on and address at next oil change.

As always Kilgore Automotive were pleasent, quick and accommodating .Ron found air handler mold issue which he addressed for me, thank you, this may solve my allergy problem. We have been with Kilgore for a number of years, and will be with them for many more.
