I am not sure what you are unhappy about. If we see other repairs or maintenance that need to be done we tell the customer that. Others get mad if we don't tell them. 

You say that you came in for a reload. Automotive A/C systems do lose some refrigerant over time but they do not use it up. They do need the full amount to operate correctly and some vehicles lose more than others. If a vehicle has a leak that will leak out in a few weeks it has to be repaired. 

We do have to recharge the vehicle to see how it works and where a leak is. That way we know if the compressor and the system will work if the leak is repaired. We do recharge the vehicle and we do spend some time looking for leaks and checking out the system. If we were to spend an hour and fill vehicles with refrigerant to check them for free, we would be losing a lot of money. We have no control over want the problem is we can only tell you what it is. 

If you want to do the repairs we don't charge you to recharge the vehicle a second time. You just pay for the parts and labor needed to fix the vehicle.
